Frequently asked questions
How does the per-provider pricing work?
Each plan is priced per provider (physician or clinician) per month. Support staff and administrators are included at no extra cost. Volume discounts are available for larger groups.
Is there a setup fee?
There is no setup fee for Essentials or Professional plans. Enterprise engagements include a custom implementation and onboarding scope, quoted during the consultation.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we prorate any differences.
What EHR systems do you integrate with?
Continuum integrates with major EHR platforms including Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, and eClinicalWorks. Enterprise customers can request custom integrations for additional systems.
How long does onboarding take?
Most practices are fully operational within two weeks. Professional and Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition.
Is my patient data secure?
Yes. Continuum is HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never use patient data for model training.
